What is Meant By Self Serviced Apartments?

Self-serviced apartments are exactly that. They are equipped to enable you to cook own food; wash your own clothes ETC. Each apartment includes refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, TV and DVD player.

Please note: The apartments are not serviced daily like hotels. For long stays, service days are agreed with the guest. If you feel that you would like your apartment serviced during your stay please contact us and we will accommodate this where possible (depending on your length of stay).

What time is check in?

The Check-in time for all apartments is from 14:00. You may be able to check-in to your apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed.

What time is check out?

The Check-out time for all apartments is at 10:00. A late check-out can be arranged, please contact the office for details.

What if we are early, can we leave our bags somewhere?

We do not have storage room however if you give us call an hour prior to your arrival time we can get our housekeepers to meet you and store your bags at our garage.

Where do we pick up our keys?

We have apartments located at different locations. You have to contact our office a few days prior to your arrival to obtain the check-in details, our office hours are:

Playhouse Apartments- you need to go directly to 81 Hopetoun Street, EH7 4AU. Round the back there is a white patio door where you will see key boxes.
Royal Mile Apartments – you need to go directly to 24 Old Tolbooth Wynd, EH8 8EQ
Castle View Apartments – you need to go directly to 34 North Castle Street, EH2 3BN.
Quartermile Apartments – you need to go directly to 24 Simpson Loan, EH3 9GE
Old Fishmarket Close Apartment – you need to go directly to 11 Old Fishmarket Close,
EH1 1RW

How many sets of keys do we get?

We provide one set of keys per room, per apartment. 2 sets for 2 bedrooms, 3 sets for 3 bedrooms and 4 sets for 4.

Is car park available at the apartments?

For most of the apartments we provide one parking space per apartment. Please contact our office before you make a reservation to check if the parking is available to avoid disappointment.

How do I pay a remaining balance?

Please contact our office few days prior to your arrival date to settle the outstanding balance and most importantly to obtain the check-in details. You can pay either with credit or debit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

All the bookings have to be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date unless you booked the non-refundable rates which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
